My focus as a coach is working with mothers who have a desire to find better balance in their lives. Every woman has a different vision of what being in total health means for them. As a health and wellness coach I support my clients alignment in all dimensions of well-being. My coaching clients decide where they want to go, I just bring the map. Whether it is stress management, optimizing nutrition, or managing chronic disease I can support you in finding long term solutions that work for your life.
Each program is individually tailored to my clients needs, and will include 1 virtual session each week, as well as looking closely at multiple dimensions of their lifestyles. Each weekly session is 60-90 minutes in length.
I offer 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month coaching programs.
