From there, schedule an intake session to establish the groundwork for our work together. After we have completed your program length you have the option of scheduling individual sessions, or purchasing an additional discounted package.

Every woman has a different vision of what being in total health means for them. As a health and wellness coach I support my clients and their alignment in all dimensions of well-being. My coaching clients decide where they want to go, I just bring the map. Whether it is hormone management, sleep and stress management, optimizing nutrition, or managing chronic disease I can support you in finding long term solutions that work for your life.

Each program is individually tailored to my clients needs, and will include several health assessments, 1 virtual session each week, as well monitoring multiple dimensions of their lifestyles. Each weekly session is 60-90 minutes in length.

I offer 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month coaching programs.
