Health, well-being, fitness, and mindfulness are interconnected aspects that contribute to our overall sense of balance and fulfillment. When we prioritize our health, we make conscious choices to nourish our bodies with nutritious food, engage in regular physical activity, and prioritize sufficient rest and relaxation. Well-being encompasses not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. It involves cultivating positive relationships, managing stress, and finding purpose and meaning in our lives. Fitness plays a crucial role in maintaining good health and well-being, but is not all encompassing when it comes to true holistic wellness. Mindfulness encourages us to be present in the moment, acknowledging and accepting our thoughts and feelings without judgment. By practicing mindfulness, we can better manage stress, enhance our focus, and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Hi there and Welcome!

I’m Kira!

I am a board certified health and wellness coach, certified dietary supplement specialist, and a certified yoga and meditation instructor. I have been on my own health and wellness journey for most of my adult life. After experiencing several of my own personal health challenges I began to understand that there was more to health and healing that just taking a pill. I began to investigate lifestyle medicine, and have never looked back. After applying all of the techniques that I have learned in my own life, now I want to share that knowledge with others.

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2022 Summa Cum Laude with a bachelors degree in Health Science, with a minor in Healthy Lifestyles and Fitness Science. During that same time I also received two additional undergraduate certificates through the University in Health and Wellness Coaching, and Evolutionary Medicine. I became board certified in Health and Wellness Coaching in December of 2022 through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching after completion of my examination by the National Board of Medical Examiners.
