The Nervous System Strategy Intensive is a private, 90-minute consultation where we map the interacting biological, behavioral, and environmental factors shaping your current stress state.
This is not coaching in the traditional sense.
It is applied neurophysiology translated into lived experience.
Together, we identify:
your dominant stress and regulation patterns
sensory and environmental load factors
movement and physiological regulation gaps
nutritional and circadian contributors
recovery and down-regulation capacity
From there, we build a personalized regulation framework that is realistic, embodied, and usable in daily life.
