Applied Stress Physiology Coaching
Kira is currently offering private, one-on-one consultations designed to identify the physiological, behavioral, and environmental factors driving chronic dysregulation in your own life.... and create a personalized orientation framework.
This is not therapy.
It is not diagnosis.
It is not generic health, life, or nervous system coaching.
It is applied neurophysiology translated directly into your daily life.
Kira is also currently focused on research, writing, public education, and the continued development of her work in neuroscience, cultural and medical anthropology, nervous system orientation, evolutionary mismatch, and human-environment interaction.
If you are interested in collaboration opportunities, speaking engagements, interviews, podcast appearances, or professional inquiries, please use the contact form below.
If you would like to support my work directly, you can subscribe to my newsletter here, where I publish several times per week. Paid subscribers receive ongoing access to my latest writing, theoretical frameworks, neuroscience and anthropology insights, environmental analysis, and educational content as these projects continue to evolve.
Thank you for being here and for supporting independent interdisciplinary research and education.
Are you someone who:
feels chronically overwhelmed
struggle with stress recovery
experience sensory overload
suspect their environment is working against them
want evidence-based regulation strategies
are intellectually curious and self-directed
If you've tried mindset work, productivity systems, and self-help advice but still feel chronically overwhelmed, the problem may not be psychological.
It may be physiological.
What this session is:
This a private, 90-minute consultation where we map the interacting biological, behavioral, and environmental factors shaping your current stress state.
This is not coaching in the traditional sense.
It is applied neurophysiology translated into lived experience.
Together, we identify:
your dominant stress and response patterns
sensory and environmental load factors
movement and physiological regulation gaps
nutritional and circadian contributors
recovery and orientation capacity
From there, we build a personalized orientation framework that is realistic, embodied, and usable in daily life.

All clients receive a 30-Minute Applied Stress Physiology Screening to assess fit and individual needs.
